Animal Death-Watch: Groups sue to "protect" polar bears

You might remember this entry a while back. Well, the nutjobs won't be denied. Actually, this is what we need...some open, fair, scientific debate in a public forum. Let's make these scientists go "on record" that they believe this complete BS in a trial. I want to see them throw their careers under the bus.

Oh, BTW...the ice hasn't been lost, even though idiots say it will disappear in 50 years...wrong! And remember this famous photo? It was supposed to show the melting ice in action, but we later learned that was also a bunch of BS.

The Associated Press: Conservation Groups Sue Over Polar Bears:

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — Three conservation groups sued the Department of the Interior on Monday for missing a deadline on a decision to list polar bears as threatened because of the loss of Arctic sea ice.

A decision was due Jan. 9, one year after the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposed listing the animals as threatened under the Endangered Species Act.

Agency Director Dale Hall said in January that officials needed a few more weeks to make a decision. But two months later, no decision has been announced.
