There are two phrases you'll find in just about every speech given by Thulsa Doom Obama--"let me be clear" and "unprecedented." You see, everything he does, to include taking a crap, is UNPRECEDENTED in his narcissistic world. However, it is true that Copen-faken was an unprecedented farce that accomplished nothing except spewing tons of carbon into the air.
The fact that Thulsa Doom Obama uses the phrase let me be clear all the time is also quite telling; the implication of that phrase IS QUITE CLEAR. The fact is that this man is NEVER CLEAR, and his use of the phrase tells you that. He means, "Hey, all the other times I talk, I'm not clear, but you should listen this time, because I'm not hiding anything from you right now."
